Returns/Replacement Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're not 100% satisfied, please let us know.

In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we allow returns up to 30 days of receipt.

As soon as you receive your order, please inspect your items carefully for damages, discrepancies, or missing items. If any issues are found, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Defective/Damaged Items or Incorrect Items Received

We understand that receiving a defective/damaged item or the wrong item is stressful. We hate it as much as you do, and will do everything we can to correct the situation.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing or damaged during shipping.

If you receive the wrong item(s), you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order, so we can correct the order as soon as possible. Please be sure to alert us if your order correction is date-sensitive.

If your order is missing items, please check your shipping confirmation email first. Occasionally, an order may be shipped in multiple shipments. If not, notify us immediately, and Love Wedding Shop will be happy to correct the order as soon as possible.

Refunds are based on the purchase price, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

These items cannot be returned or exchanged -

  • veils
  • earrings
  • flip flops
  • all personalized items
  • edible and cosmetic favors and personal care items such as lip balms and manicure Sets
  • items marked as "Sale"
  • samples.
  • Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set or no return can be allowed.
  • Items that show any sign of use or wear will not be accepted for return.

How to Complete a Return

If the item you receive is unsuitable, please return it using our Returns Center.

All items must be in their original packaging, and be in new, unused condition to complete the return and receive credit for the order. Please return the item(s) well-wrapped in a sturdy box (not an envelope) to protect the item. Ship by Priority Mail with tracking and email us the tracking number at Please do not return anything in an envelope.

Items must be received by us within 5 days of the return approval, in new, unaltered, and unused condition, in original packaging. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it. If item is soiled or damaged, it will be returned to the Buyer at the Buyer's expense, and no refund will be given.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
