Below you will find answers to frequently asked questions about shopping with Love Wedding Shop. If you don't see what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Do you ship products outside the United States?

No. We only ship within the United States. Orders over $150.00 receive free standard shipping throughout the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico will be assessed additional fees as stated at checkout.

Will I receive an email confirming my order?

Yes. Once your order is in our system, you will receive an email from us.

Will you send me a tracking number for my order?

Yes. Once your package ships you will receive a confirmation email with the shipment's contents and the tracking number.

Can I change my order?

Once your order has been placed in our system, it begins processing within 24 business hours. If you would like to make a change to your order, we would need to hear from you within that 24 hours to try and accommodate your request. However, we can not guarantee the update can be made. Once an order is processing, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

When will my order ship?

Every item has an individual processing time. A standard order usually ships within 3-10 business days. Customized items may take 12-15 business days to process before shipping.

Please Note: In some cases, orders may ship in multiple packages due to availability. As each package ships, you will receive an email confirmation with the contents and tracking number.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Massachusetts (6.25%) This is due to the fact that our business is based in Massachusetts. All other states are tax-exempt.
